About us
At IMI (formerly IMI Hydronic Engineering), we help our customers optimize HVAC systems to create the right indoor climate with the least possible energy turnover by offering products, technical support and hydronic knowledge. We used to be called TA (Tour & Andersson) and in Sweden we are best known for our balancing valves and PRK couplings. In 2011, TA merged with the Swiss company Pneumatex and the German company Heimeier to form TA Hydronics, which later became IMI Hydronic Engineering and is now IMI. Our three well-known product brands, IMI Pneumatex, IMI TA and IMI Heimeier, are part of IMI's business area, Climate Control. We offer products and solutions for balancing, room temperature control, pressure maintenance, degassing and dirt separation. In addition to our products, we also hold training courses on hydronic systems, balancing and pressure maintenance.
We are part of the British industrial group IMI plc, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange.

TA-Ctrl-X
TA-Ctrl-X is an adaptive control valve for smaller terminal units. It is a small and compact valve with actuator, flow meter and control box. TA-Ctrl-X continuously measures and logs flow and temperature, which significantly facilitates diagnostics and monitoring of the hydronic system.

Simply Compresso
Simply Compresso is a precision pressurisation system with a compressor and integrated expansion vessels for heating, solar and chilled water systems. Especially suitable in situations where extreme compactness, plug&play installation and full pressure control are required. Simply Compresso is the latest addition to the Compresso Connect series intended for 4 bar safety valve installations up to 400 kW in heating capacity. The BrainCube Connect control panel ensures a new level of connectivity, enabling communication with the BMS system and other BrainCubes, as well as remote operation of the pressurisation system through live viewing.
