FiltrX® system filters effectively remove magnetite and dirt in heating or cooling systems. FiltrX® C125 is electronically controlled and an alarm warns when it is time to change the filter. If the filter is completely clogged, the system switches to energy-saving mode. The system filter prevents magnetite and dirt from clogging or wearing down components in pumps, valves or heat exchangers, which extends the life of system components and improves energy efficiency. FiltrX® C125 is adapted for HVAC systems with smaller pipe dimensions. FiltrX® treats a partial flow and does not affect the pressure or flow in the system.

The TTM FiltrX C250 is a large system filter that filters dirt and removes magnetite from heating and cooling systems. TTM FiltrX C250 is intended for systems where the system fluid is heavily contaminated by magnetite and dirt. The equipment can be installed for permanent or temporary operation. TTM FiltrX C250 treats a partial flow and does not affect pressure or flow in the system. As standard, the TTM FiltrX C250 is supplied with a filter bag with a mesh size of 1 micron. Other types of filter bags can be supplied on request. TTM FiltrX C250 effectively removes magnetite and dirt from the system fluid, which means: - Reduced operational disruptions; Magnetite clogs valves, pumps or other equipment and causes them to jam prematurely, even if they are turned off. - Longer lifetime of the system; Magnetite and other particles have an abrasive effect that wears on the system components. The magnetite is magnetic and is attracted to the magnetic fields in pumps, where it wears on, for example, shaft seals, which often leads to leakage.
